  • Clark has forty years of experience in drilling and production operations in the Gulf Coast area, Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Rocky Mountains, Anadarko Basin, Mid-Continent, New Zealand, and Colombia, South America. The wells involved in these drilling and production operations have ranged from shallow, normal pressurized wells to deep, geo-pressured wells.

  • Clark’s petroleum engineering experience in drilling has included full well design, mud programs, directional plots, bit selection, rig selection, well control, etc. as well as on-site supervision. His production engineering experience has consisted of completion design, artificial lift design, well testing, gravel packing, acid and fracture stimulation, and field supervision.

  • Clark has served in various management positions that have entailed supervising both engineers and field people, budgeting, planning, joint operations, and acquisition evaluation. Companies he has worked at previously include Energy Corporation of America, BP, PG&E Resources, Tex/Con O&G Company and Robinson Brothers Production Company.

  • Clark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1973. He has held a Professional Engineers certification.
